How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As our styles range from tailored to oversized, we recommend checking the 'Fit & Fabric' section on the product page for specific styling advice.
What payment methods do you accept?
MOS The Label accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible payment options including Afterpay and Klarna, allowing you to shop now and pay later.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.
